Section 1: Training Program
It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
Section 2: Apprenticeship Act
It is understood, however, that the grievance procedure as set forth in Article XXV – Adjustment of Complaints shall not be applicable to those matters covered by the Apprenticeship and Tradesmen’s Qualification Act, which, by said Act, are deemed to be outside the jurisdiction of the Union.
