Wage Scale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The wage scale for the term of this Agreement will be as per the Rates of Pay section of this Agreement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Lump sum payment of $5,000 for year 1 (option to put into an RRSP as per company policy)<\/p>\n<ul class=\"\">\n<li>4% effective May 1, 2025<\/li>\n<li>4% effective May 1, 2026<\/li>\n<li>3% effective May 1, 2027<\/li>\n<li>2.5% effective May 1, 2028<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\">Provide a trades adjustment (excluding Shift Engineers) as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$2.00 per hour, effective May 1, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Provide Shift Engineers adjustment as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$3.00 per hour, effective May 1, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: Trades adjustment applied first before percentage (part of the pattern).<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Section 2:&nbsp; Shift Differential<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"border-width: 0px;\"><strong>(a)<\/strong> Where tour work is scheduled 8-4, 4-12 and 12-8, the following shift differentials will be paid in addition to the hourly rate on all work performed:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (% of Base Rate)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8:00 am to 4:00 pm&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.00%<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4:00 pm to 12:00 am&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.55%<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 12:00 am to 8:00 am&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.50%<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>(b) 7-1\/2 Hour Day<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"border-width: 0px; margin-left: 25px;\">A special differential of seven (7) cents per hour will be applied to those employees on a 3-shift, 7-1\/2 hour day, 5-days per week schedule, while on this schedule.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"border-width: 0px; margin-left: 25px;\">Such differentials shall be paid in addition to an employee\u2019s regular rate of compensation but are not to be added to the wage rates for the purpose of calculating overtime.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Section 3:&nbsp; Continuous Operating Premium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>(a) Tour Workers<\/strong> following compressed work week schedules shall be paid the following shift differential in addition to the hourly rate for all work performed as follows:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"border-width: 0px; margin-left: 87px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (% of Base Rate)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8:00am to 8:00pm&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.50%<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8:00pm to 8:00am&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.25%<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>(b) Tour Workers<\/strong> not employed on a 20 or 21 shifts per week schedule:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"border-width: 0px; margin-left: 77px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (% of Base Rate)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4:00pm to 12:00am&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.25%<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 12:00am to 8:00am&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.25%<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>(c) Day Workers<\/strong> scheduled in advance to work on other than their normal day shift will receive shift differential in addition to the hourly rate for all work performed as follows:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"border-width: 0px; margin-left: 75px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (% of Base Rate)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4:00 pm to 12:00 am&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.25%<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 12:00 am to 8:00 am&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.25%<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"border-width: 0px; margin-left: 22px;\">Note:&nbsp; Day Workers normally scheduled in excess of eight (8) hours in a day will receive the appropriate shift differential for all hours in excess of eight (8) hours as outlined above.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>(d) All Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
